Refund policy

As our citrus is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Perishable goods and food products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised orders

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
